Women
Karly Howard (Lucknow, Ont.) of Fleming-Peterborough was named the OCAA East region rookie of the year, while teammate Emily Clute (Sutton, Ont.) was named the top goalkeeper in the East for the second straight season. Tierney King and Brittany MacMillan were named OCAA league all-stars.

Men
Oshane Hylton (Ajax, Ont.) of Fleming-Peterborough was named the OCAA East region rookie of the year. The defender was also named an OCAA all-star. The Knights gave up a respectable 10 goals during the regular season. Mark Van Beek was named OCAA league all-star.
