Registration forms can be submitted at the Fleming Desk at the Frost Field House.
Register with a Team, or Individual and be placed on a Team.

All Fleming Students.

***Ice hockey is caped at 10 teams of 15 players per team. Registration is on a first-come-first serve basis.
Registration is complete when both payment and individual registration forms are submitted.
